Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to drive B2B business growth across the US market. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline.

- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
- Location: Powai, Mumbai, India
- Work Type: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and key decision-makers across target markets
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities
- Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records in CRM systems
- Understand client requirements and effectively position WhiteCrow’s offerings

What We’re Looking For

- 2–7 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development
- Experience working with US/UK/APAC or any international markets is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
