We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Research Executive to research and build accurate contact databases for our sales, marketing, UGC, wholesale, and SEO teams.

This is a research and data-focused role . You will find relevant companies and contacts, verify their information, organize the data, and maintain clean databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential wholesale buyers, fashion businesses, UGC creators, websites, bloggers, and business contacts .
- Find and collect relevant contact information such as name, designation, company, website, email, location, and niche .
- Use Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and lead-generation tools to find relevant contacts.
- Verify email addresses and identify invalid or outdated information.
- Check leads against defined criteria and remove poor-fit contacts.
- Maintain and update databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems .
- Identify and remove duplicate records.
- Maintain accurate records of unsubscribe and do-not-contact contacts .
- Review inactive or unnecessary contacts based on agreed criteria and help reduce unusable database records.
- Prepare clean, organized,



and verified lead lists for the relevant teams.
- Track research output, qualified leads, duplicates removed, and database accuracy.

This is a research and database role .

The candidate will not be responsible for sales closing, cold-email campaigns, or outreach . The focus is on finding, qualifying, verifying, and organizing high-quality leads and contact data.

Experience: 1–3 years in Lead Generation, Lead Research, Data Research, Web Research, or similar roles.
