B2C Voice Process Executive – Australian Solar Campaign

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 2 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days/Week)

Shift Timing: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring B2C Voice Process Executives for an Australian Solar Campaign. The role involves outbound calling to Australian residential and business customers, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2C calls to Australian customers.
- Generate qualified leads and appointments through cold calling.
- Communicate with Australian residential and business customers regarding solar solutions and available solar rebate information.
- Understand customer requirements and generate genuine sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead information.
- Follow up with interested prospects as required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Work closely with the internal team to achieve campaign objectives.
- Maintain professional communication and quality standards throughout customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Australian B2C/B2B voice processes preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
- Prior experience in lead generation or appointment setting is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in an early-morning shift aligned with Australian business hours.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pitampura, Delhi office.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
