WE’RE HIRING | LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE - Pre Sales

Location: Noida | Full-Time | Work from Office

CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA

Industry: Luxury Decorative Lighting

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our client acquisition and outreach team.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct cold calls and email outreach to Interior Designers, Architects, Developers & other relevant clients

• Introduce our luxury lighting solutions and build initial client relationships

• Identify project requirements and qualify potential leads

• Generate qualified leads and quote requests

• Coordinate with the internal team for timely quotation preparation

• Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline

• Track daily/weekly/monthly outreach and lead-generation performance

• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales Team

What We’re Looking For• 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Tele-calling or B2B Sales Support

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and organized approach




- Good proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools

• Experience in Lighting, Furniture, Interior Products or Building Materials will be an advantage
