We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong technical understanding and experience handling complex software projects. The candidate should be comfortable working across different technology stacks, communicating technical solutions clearly, taking ownership of development activities, and guiding team members when required.

Key Requirements

- 6+ years of software development experience, with experience handling or guiding development teams

- Strong technical understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and application architecture

- Hands-on experience with modern technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and related frameworks

- Experience working on complex applications, integrations, and business workflows

- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders

- Experience taking ownership of modules, features, and development activities through completion

- Team-leading experience,



including supporting, mentoring, and coordinating with developers

- Strong understanding of SDLC, coding standards, Git workflows, and software development best practices

- Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality

- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to quickly understand and work with different frameworks, languages, and technology stacks

- Exposure to CI/CD, Azure/AWS or other cloud platforms is an added advantage

- Experience with Flutter or other mobile application development is an added advantage

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline

- Strong understanding of software development, programming, networking, or cybersecurity concepts

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
