Job Summary

As a Technical Lead - Advance Automation Testing, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust UI automation frameworks using Python, Playwright, and Behave (BDD).
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for functional, regression, integration, system, accessibility, and cross-browser testing of complex web applications.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts, ensure high coverage and efficiency across various testing phases.
- Support and guide the team in testing APIs using Postman by validating API requests, responses, data accuracy, and system integrations through REST APIs. Drive the continuous improvement of test processes, methodologies, and tools, foster a culture of quality and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other QA teams to integrate automation into the entire software development lifecycle.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for advanced test management, defect tracking, sprint planning,



and comprehensive reporting on quality metrics.
- Lead the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust quality gates and seamless deployment validation using Azure Repos, Pipelines, and Key Vault.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level automation engineers, foster their growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, drive continuous product quality enhancements.
