Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in electronic circuit design and hardware development.
- Strong expertise in analog and high-speed digital design.
- Proven experience with high-speed interfaces such as DDRx, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, SATA, HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.
- Proficiency in board bring-up, debugging, and functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Xpedition, Allegro, OrCAD, PADS, etc.
- Positive understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations.
- Experience in pre-compliance validation and resolving EMI/EMC issues.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive design documentation, including power estimation, test plans, detailed design specifications, derating analysis, FMEA,



and reliability reports.
- Exposure to hardware tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, TDR, VNAs, and similar test equipment.
- Strong understanding of Design for Excellence (DfX) principles, including DFT, DFM, DFA.
- Ability to lead technical activities, work in cross-functional teams, and guide junior engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification Graduation/Post graduation in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent
