Role & responsibilities

- Proven technical leadership across full-stack .NET Core/C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET MVC/Web API development with strong architectural judgment.

- Expert in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Hooks/Query, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend patterns.

- Robust command of MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL, stored procedures, query/index optimization, and Entity Framework/LINQ.

- Hands-on platform engineering experience: Insurity (or Guidewire/Duck Creek) environment setup, installation, and deployment automation.

- Solid grasp of CI/CD and release management for enterprise platforms; scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code exposure.

- Experience with middleware/integration enablement (API gateways, REST/SOAP, messaging, batch) and security controls (OAuth, mTLS, SSO, RBAC).

- Working knowledge of QA automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, REST Assured, JMeter) to guide quality strategy.





- Agile/Scrum practitioner backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, story estimation, and acceptance-criteria validation.

- Excellent documentation, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills; ability to work across dev, QA, DBA, network, security, and business teams.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and interest in institutionalizing AI productivity gains.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Sure Suite, Sure Commercial, Concept One, SIMS, Workato, Instec, Claims Xpress, QuickSolver.

- Exposure to data migration/conversion programs (AMS360, Sagitta, Epic) and reporting tools(SSRS, Power BI, Tableau).

- Cloud platform exposure (Azure/AWS data services); Python for data transformation.
