Role Summary

We are looking for an Embedded System Development Lead with strong experience in Embedded C/C++, Motor Control, and Power Electronics. The candidate will lead embedded firmware development, mentor the team, and collaborate closely with hardware and motor-control teams.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Lead end-to-end embedded firmware development for motor-control applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.
- Experience with UART, I²C, SPI, and CAN communication protocols.
- Solid understanding of BLDC motors, Trapezoidal Control, and FOC (Field-Oriented Control).
- Knowledge of BMS, EEPROM, NAND/NOR Flash, RTOS, and multithreading.
- Ability to read and understand hardware schematics and PCBA layouts.
- Hands-on experience in hardware testing and debugging using Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Multimeter, and Function Generator.
- Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and testing.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Bitbucket, JIRA, and SVN.
- Experience in team mentoring, task planning, project tracking, documentation, and development best practices.
