Role Description The Lead Digital Verification Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the engineer leads verification planning, testbench architecture, and coverage strategies for complex digital and ASIC designs, ensuring functionally correct and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining verification environments (e.g., UVM/SystemVerilog), creating and executing test cases, analyzing simulation results, and driving bug resolution in collaboration with design teams. The engineer mentors junior verification engineers, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders,



and contributes to continuous improvement of verification methodologies, tools, and flows. The role also involves documentation of verification plans and results, participation in technical reviews, and support for project scheduling and milestone tracking.

Qualifications

- Strong digital and ASIC verification skills, including experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, testbench development, and coverage-driven verification.
- Solid understanding of digital design concepts, RTL design flows, and familiarity with DFT, physical design, or FPGA verification environments.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., simulators, waveform viewers, lint and CDC tools) and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Ability to lead verification planning, coordinate with design and backend teams, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with several years of relevant digital verification experience.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and schedule adherence.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work on-site in Noida with global teams and international clients.
- Exposure to embedded systems, IoT, AI/ML, or database engineering domains is an added advantage.
