Candidate will lead the complete design engineering function for various plant types including Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), coalbased power plants, nuclear power plants, and SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) desalination facilities.
In this role he shall ensure that all outputs meet the required standards of technical accuracy, quality, and compliance,
while effectively managing engineering resources and supporting multiple project teams.
Candidate will provide leadership during both the proposal/prebid engineering phase and the detailed engineering stage, ensuring technically competitive solutions and rigorous engineering execution.
The role requires deep familiarity with IEEE/IEC standards and includes providing continuous technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
