About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Scientist to spearhead advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives. The role involves building scalable data solutions, driving predictive modeling, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver actionable insights that support business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data strategy define and implement endtoend data science roadmap.
- Model development – design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models.
- AI/ML innovation – leverage advanced algorithms for customer insights, risk modeling, and personalization.
- Big data analytics – work with large datasets using distributed computing frameworks.
- Collaboration – partner with product, technology, and business teams to integrate models into workflows.
- Data governance – ensure data quality, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Leadership – mentor junior data scientists,



drive best practices, and lead project execution.
- Visualization & reporting – create dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ScikitLearn).
- Handson experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, NLP, deep learning, and recommendation systems.
- Solid problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and manage crossfunctional stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

- Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in data science leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering business impact through AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in managing teams and endtoend project lifecycles.
