We are looking for a Data Management Lead to lead data management, lead generation, and audience development initiatives, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage data strategy, governance, processes, and architecture.
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, validation, integration, and maintenance.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and audience segments.
- Lead multi-channel lead generation across digital, content, email, and social media.
- Manage lead scoring, qualification, workflows, and CRM routing.
- Analyse campaign and conversion data to improve lead generation performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent opportunities.
- Lead and mentor data and lead generation teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align data and lead generation with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and relevant data privacy regulations.

Technical Skills: Python, SQL, Power Apps, Tableau, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
