Role Description This is a full time, on-site Laser Technician role based at Collagen Clinics in Jaipur.

The Laser

Technician is responsible for performing laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, assessing suitability for laser procedures, explaining treatment plans, and operating laser equipment with precision. The role involves maintaining accurate treatment records, ensuring proper sanitation and equipment care, and monitoring clients’ responses during and after procedures.





The Laser

Technician will collaborate with the clinical team, provide clear aftercare guidance, and deliver professional, respectful customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques.
- Hands-on experience working with Laser equipment and understanding of laser safety principles.
- Ability to perform precise Laser procedures, including Laser Cutting where applicable to clinical services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and handle client concerns professionally.
- Relevant certification or training in laser technology, dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and appropriate treatment parameters for different clients.
- Attention to detail, adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, and ability to follow standardized clinical procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility for clinic hours and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
