Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Last Mile Logistics Manager based in Hyderabad.

The Last Mile Logistics

Manager will oversee daily delivery operations, including route planning, shipment scheduling, and coordination with delivery partners and internal teams. The role involves monitoring delivery performance, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements, and resolving issues related to delays, returns, and customer escalations. The manager will analyze logistics data to improve delivery speed, reliability, and cost efficiency,



while implementing best practices for last-mile operations.

Responsibilities also include managing vendor and courier relationships, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations, and collaborating with product and operations teams to optimize logistics processes.

Qualifications

- Strong last-mile logistics and supply chain management skills, including route optimization, delivery planning, and fleet coordination.
- Experience with logistics technology platforms, tracking tools, and data analysis for performance monitoring and process improvement.
- Operational management skills, including team leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to handle delivery issues, escalations, and continuous service improvement.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail distribution, or logistics operations, preferably in B2B last-mile delivery.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility to manage peak operational hours when needed.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
