Role Description The CNC Machine Operator role at Shayona Engineering Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Makarpura, Vadodara. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine checks to ensure accurate machining.

The role involves inspecting finished components for quality, recording production data, and reporting any deviations or equipment issues. The CNC Machine Operator will also follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area,



and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Heavy Machine Operation, with experience setting up and running CNC equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspection of parts and adherence to dimensional tolerances.
- Candidates should possess skills in Milling, Turning and Boring, with the ability to work with different materials and tooling.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial Machinery, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience reading technical drawings and using measurement instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges) is beneficial.
- A background in mechanical or manufacturing environments, ideally with prior CNC operating experience, on VTL, DMC, HBM & TC is essential.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work in a team, and maintain consistent attention to detail is required.
- Selected candidate will have to work in shifts.
- A relevant technical diploma, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in machining or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
- Experience needed : 6-8 years. Lesser experienced may be considered for junior post.
