Landscape Architect

Role Description

This is full time on site role for a landscape architect located in kannur . The landscape architect will be responsible for designing , planning, and overseeing landscape architecture projects .

Daily tasks include developing design concepts ,conducting site analysis, creating project plans with clients,contractors and other stake holders . The role also involves assuring project compliances with relevant environmental regulations and maintaining sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in landscape design, planning and site analysis .
- Experience with AutoCAD software,



plant materials and sustainability practices.
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, and sustainable practices.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in office and meet project deadlines.
- B.Arch., M Arch, in landscape and specialized in landscape projects.
- Experience in other projects is a plus point.
