Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Landscape Architects based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing and planning outdoor spaces for residential projects, including layout of gardens, parks, and common areas that enhance the overall living environment.

Responsibilities include preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and landscape plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and ensuring designs meet regulatory requirements and project timelines.

The Landscape

Architect will conduct site assessments, select appropriate plant species and materials, and integrate sustainable and cost-effective landscape solutions. The role also includes overseeing implementation on site, collaborating with vendors and contractors,



and ensuring that completed landscapes align with design intent and Urbanrise’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in landscape design and planning, including site analysis, conceptualization, and preparation of detailed landscape drawings.
- Proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization or rendering software.
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant selection, irrigation planning, and sustainable landscape practices suited to local climate conditions.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and project managers, to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.
- Experience in managing on-site implementation, working with contractors and vendors, and monitoring quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Understanding of relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations related to landscape architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Robust communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality, value-driven designs.
- Previous experience in residential or large-scale housing projects is preferred; experience in affordable housing developments is an added advantage.
