? Hiring – Land Acquisition Professionals | 2 Positions
We are looking for 2 experienced professionals to join our team for Land Acquisition (LA) work related to Highway/Infrastructure Projects.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Handling Land Acquisition activities for highway/infrastructure projects
- Preparation and checking of Land Acquisition Plans, Strip Plans, Land Plans & related drawings
- Robust working knowledge of GIS & AutoCAD
- Processing and analysis of Khasra/Khatauni, RoR, land ownership and revenue records
- Preparation of land schedules, parcel-wise details and LA-related databases
- GIS-based land parcel mapping, overlay analysis and spatial data management
- Coordination with Revenue/LA authorities, field teams, consultants and other stakeholders
- Supporting preparation of documents/reports required for NHAI/MoRTH and other government authorities
Preferred Profile
✅ Experience in Highway/Infrastructure Land Acquisition
✅ Familiarity with NHAI/MoRTH procedures and LA documentation
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD & GIS software
✅ Good understanding of land records and revenue terminology
✅ Candidates with experience in DPR/PMC/Authority Consultancy projects will be preferred
