Material Testing: Prepare and test ferrous and non-ferrous metal samples using hardness testers, tensile machines, and spectrometers.
Metallographic Analysis: Examine microstructures using optical microscopes and scanning electron microscopes (SEM) to check grain size, phase transformations, and defects.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with production and R&D; teams to improve heat treatment, stamping, forging, and welding procedures.
Operate a variety of metallographic and physical testing equipmentBrinell hardness testers, NDE equipment and tensile test machinesAnalyze and characterize inorganic materials using x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and Optical Emission Spectroscopy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
