Although this position allows for administrative work to be done remotely, this is fundamentally a field-based management role. The Operations Manager is required to conduct daily, mandatory site visits. Every single day, you are expected to physically visit at least one active camp site at a different location within the Jaipur region. These visits are crucial to:

- Ensure operational integrity by checking that the camp is set up correctly, running smoothly, and adhering to all protocols.
- Actively manage any on-site grievances or logistical crises immediately.
- Meet with partner NGO officials and local coordinators present at the site to take their feedback, ensure their satisfaction, and build robust, long-term relationships.

1. Team Recruitment & Management

- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment of phlebotomists and field technicians in various locations. Conduct interviews, verify certifications, and onboard new hires.
- Duty Roster & Allocation: Create and manage complex duty rosters, assigning the team of 30 phlebotomists to different camp locations based on requirements, skill level, and geography.
- HR Management: Manage attendance, leaves, shift swaps, and performance evaluations. Handle team grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Training & SOP Adherence: Conduct remote or in-person training sessions on pre-analytical protocols, patient handling, safety, and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Camp Logistics & Operational Oversight

- Resource Planning: Ensure all field teams have necessary supplies (vaccutainers, needles, ice packs, transport boxes, consent forms) before deploying to a camp.
- Punctuality Monitoring: Track the real-time location and arrival of phlebotomists at camp venues to guarantee on-time setup.
- Problem Solving:



Act as the central command hub during active camps to immediately resolve issues like staff shortage, vehicle breakdown, or material deficit.

3. Clinical Compliance & Sample Logistics

- Cold Chain Management: Monitor and enforce strict cold chain maintenance protocols during sample collection and transport to ensure sample viability.
- Lab Coordination: Coordinate with partner laboratories to ensure timely and proper handover of collected samples. Verify that the correct tests are registered for the correct samples.
- Report Management: Tracking the Analytical Turn Around Time (TAT). Follow up with labs for timely report generation and ensure reports are dispatched/uploaded to the patient or NGO partner without delay.

4. Finance, Billing & Recovery

- Billing Generation: Oversee the accurate generation of bills based on the actual number of tests conducted at each camp.
- Payment Recovery: Coordinate with NGO partners and corporate clients for timely processing of payments against submitted invoices. Maintain a tracker of receivables.
- Expense Management: Verify and approve field team expenses, including travel and logistics costs.

5. Stakeholder Management & Grievance Redressal

- NGO Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for NGO partner representatives, coordinating camp dates, locations, and expectations.
- Grievance Handling: Promptly and professionally handle any grievances from patients, NGO partners, or labs regarding the conduct of phlebotomists, delays in reports, or billing discrepancies.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive long-term relationships with lab partners, supply vendors, and NGO clients.
