We are looking for a Kronos/UKG Developer with solid experience in workforce management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for Kronos configuration, development, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
- Design and develop Kronos integrations with other systems.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces and data mappings.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
- Perform testing, data validation, and support deployments.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
