The company offers nutritionist-approved, chef-crafted, macro-calculated meals, salads, wraps, smoothies, and functional foods tailored for everyday wellness, weight management, diabetes care, PCOS, athletic performance, and busy professional lifestyles.
We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Operations Manager who can strengthen daily operations, improve margins and build the systems required to scale the business. This role combines production management, quality assurance, commercial control and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen production, packing and dispatch through the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Plan production based on subscriptions, customised meals, online orders, corporate requirements and events.
- Improve contribution margins through tighter food-cost, labour-cost, packaging and wastage control.
- Maintain accurate daily MIS covering production, sales, purchases, inventory, wastage, dispatch and operational variances.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, minimum-stock levels, FIFO/FEFO and purchase planning.
- Develop reliable vendors, negotiate rates and ensure consistent quality and timely supply.
- Maintain recipe, portion and yield consistency across all meal categories.
- Ensure FSSAI compliance, hygiene, food safety and audit readiness.
- Plan and execute outdoor catering, pop up stalls, corporate orders and bulk-meal events.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of chefs, helpers, packing staff and other kitchen employees.
- Build SOPs,
reporting systems and manpower plans that allow operations to scale.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve productivity, order accuracy and dispatch timelines.

Candidate profile
- Mandatory - 4–6 years of experience in kitchen, restaurant, catering, QSR or food-production operations.
- Experience managing a corporate kitchen, central kitchen, large restaurant or high-volume F&B; operation will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory, procurement, vendor management and operational MIS.
- Experience supervising kitchen teams and supporting chef and kitchen-staff recruitment.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and operational controls.
- Strong ownership, commercial thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Hotel Management, Food Production or Hospitality qualification preferred, although strong relevant experience will also be considered.
