Job Title: SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC Associate Consultant

Overview: We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will implement and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, helping clients manage and secure their digital identities effectively. Should have some leadership experience.

ISC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their identity governance and administration needs.

- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to meet client requirements.
- Engage in the configuration and management of connectors to integrate IdentityNow with various systems and applications.
- Customize identity workflows, role definitions, and policies within IdentityNow to ensure alignment with client security policies.
- Conduct access reviews, certifications, and compliance reporting using IdentityNow.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to IdentityNow implementations.




- Offer training and guidance to client teams on the best practices for use and administration of SailPoint solutions.
- Contribute to the overall security architecture with identity and access management best practices.
- Keep up with the latest developments in SailPoint IdentityNow functionalities and related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with APIs, RESTful web services, and SaaS integrations.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access request processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation, such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
