About the Role

● InsuranceDekho is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Key Relationship Managers to join our Life

Insurance – Direct Channel team across India.

● The KRM will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through direct customer engagement, lead generation, relationship management, and customer acquisition. The role requires solid sales ability,

customer-handling skills, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive sales of life insurance products through the Direct Sales Channel.

● Generate and manage leads through calls, references, field activities, and other available channels.

● Connect with prospective customers, understand their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable products.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

● Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.

● Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with customers throughout the sales cycle.

● Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory processes.

● Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.





● Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall channel growth.

Candidate Profile

● Graduate in any discipline.

● 2–5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance Direct Sales.

● Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.

● Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.

● Comfortable with field sales/customer meetings, wherever required.

● Candidates with experience in Life Insurance Direct Channel will be preferred.

● Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be required depending on the location/role.
