Role Description The Key Account Manager (Dining) is a full-time, in office role based in Panaji, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic dining partners and key accounts. This role involves regularly visiting partner locations, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored plans to increase revenue, customer traffic, and brand visibility.
The Key Account
Manager will coordinate day-to-day communication, negotiate and implement commercial agreements, track performance metrics, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams. The role also includes identifying new dining opportunities, supporting promotional activities,
and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to handle strategic partners and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, build forecasts, and design growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to partner needs, manage expectations, and ensure a positive experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present proposals and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within dining, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Panaji, conduct regular field visits, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, and comfort working with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
