We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, lead follow-ups and sales conversion for our uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound sales calls to customers.
- Handle Telugu-speaking customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google and other channels.
- Explain product details, pricing and services to customers.
- Generate, qualify and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM.




- Coordinate with the field sales/site team for customer requirements, site measurements and quotations.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and sales conversion targets.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling or Lead Generation.
- Kannada communication is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales-conversion ability.
- Comfortable handling regular outbound calls.
- CRM experience is an advantage.
- Candidates from building materials, construction, interiors, home-improvement or related industries will be preferred.
