We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with editing, motion and visual storytelling.

This is a junior-level role for someone early in their career. We’re open to freshers and people with 0–1 years of experience, but you should already have experience creating and editing videos through internships, freelance work, college projects, personal projects or your own work.

You don’t need years of experience. We care more about your eye for detail, creative instinct, speed and how good you are at turning raw footage and ideas into something people want to watch.

If you’re the person who notices a bad cut, thinks about why a transition feels off, gets excited about trying a new editing style, or genuinely loves making videos, we’d love to meet you.

At Xpat, we’re building the financial operating system for NRIs, and content is a big part of how we tell that story.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Turn ideas into great edits

Take a brief, concept, script or raw footage and turn it into something engaging. You could be working on a reel, talking-head video, podcast, product promo, event video or a motion-led piece.

The work will vary, but the goal stays the same: tell the story well and make something people want to watch.

Move fast and keep things moving

We work at a fast pace. You should be able to understand a brief, get into the edit and come up with a strong first cut quickly. We like to get ideas out, see them, improve them and keep moving.

Bring your own creative instinct

Don’t just execute what’s given to you. Think about the cut, pacing, music, typography, transitions, motion and storytelling. If you see a better way to do something, speak up and try it.

Make motion feel intentional





Use motion to add energy, clarity and personality to a piece. You’ll work with After Effects to create motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions and other visual elements.

Care about the craft The difference is often in the little things. A better cut, a well-timed transition, the right sound, a subtle animation or a few extra frames can completely change how something feels.

We care about those details, and we want someone who does too.

Experiment and learn

Try new styles, techniques and tools. Test ideas quickly, learn from what works and keep getting better. You don’t need to know everything on day one. You just need to be curious, willing to experiment and excited to learn.

Work with the team

Work closely with our Branding, Design and Marketing teams to understand what we’re trying to communicate and turn it into content that feels clear, engaging and distinctly Xpat.

Use AI as part of your workflow

We’re already using AI across our creative workflow, from exploring concepts and generating ideas to experimenting with visuals and speeding up production. You’ll have access to AI tools and the freedom to figure out where they can make your work better.
