UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of user-centered design and be able to create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct basic user research and understand user requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to translate requirements into effective designs.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, colors, spacing, and UI components.
- Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices.
- Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design accuracy.




- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on business and user requirements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Robust understanding of typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience designing web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research.
