Junior Staff Nurse is the first level skilled responsible to provide direct nursing care applying nursing process. Ensures smooth functioning of the department at all times.
- Provide basic nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
- Observe patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the Nursing In-charge or treating doctor.
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
