Technical Support & Junior Developer – Intern

Experience

0–1 Year / Fresh Graduate

Position Purpose

To support the Product Engineering team in application debugging, issue resolution, and development activities. The candidate will initially work on application support and debugging and will gradually be trained to take up development tasks and small feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities





- Application Support & Debugging
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
- Reproduce reported defects and identify root causes.
- Debug frontend and backend code using browser developer tools, logs, breakpoints, and API responses.
- Support QA and development teams in resolving application issues.

- Development

- Fix minor application defects under senior developer guidance.
- Develop small UI enhancements and components.
- Support frontend and backend development activities.
- Develop and maintain basic APIs and application components.

- Technical Learning

- Learn the product architecture, coding standards, and development practices.
- Gradually take ownership of assigned modules and features.
