About the Role

We are hiring a Site Engineer for our ongoing residential project in Dombivali East. You will work under the Project Manager and Senior Engineer, supervising daily construction activity and making sure work follows drawings, specifications and quality standards. This is a good start for a fresher who wants hands-on RCC construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site work such as excavation, footing, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering and finishing.
- Read structural and architectural drawings, and check the work against them.
- Check reinforcement (bar size, spacing, cover, laps) and shuttering/formwork before every concrete pour.
- Supervise concrete pours and make sure cube samples are taken and tested.
- Coordinate with testing labs for cube and core tests, and keep the reports on file.
- Keep daily progress reports, labour attendance, material receipts and stock registers.
- Take site measurements and help prepare bar bending schedules and quantity estimates.
- Manage contractors and labour, and make sure work is done safely.
- Report quality issues,



delays or drawing conflicts to seniors right away.

Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2022 pass-outs onwards preferred).
- Basic understanding of RCC construction, concrete grades, and IS code practices.
- Ability to read structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel (an advantage).
- Willing to work on site every day and to learn.
- Good communication in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus).

Preferred (not mandatory)
- Internship or site training experience.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off and site measurement.
- Own two-wheeler for local travel.
