The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular follow-ups with candidates and clients. Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, social media, databases and other recruitment channels.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Make calls to candidates and conduct initial screening. Share relevant job opportunities and interview details with candidates. Schedule interviews with candidates and recruiters/clients.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection status. Maintain candidate data and update recruitment records. Coordinate with the recruitment team on daily hiring requirements.

Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and interview scheduling targets.



Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Required

SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi & basic English . Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Comfortable making a high volume of calls. Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good follow-up and coordination skills. EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply. Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 0–1 year experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support or sales can also apply.
