Company Description intensiveQ Critical Care Team LLP operates one of Apollo Main Hospital’s most advanced and specialized Critical Care Units - Gastro and Renal Intensive care units, offering world-class intensive care in Chennai.

Role Description The Junior Resident will work full time in office in Chennai as part of the intensiveQ Critical Care Team LLP at Apollo Main Hospital. Responsibilities include participating in daily rounds, monitoring critically ill patients, documenting clinical findings, and assisting in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of senior clinicians.

The Junior Resident will also contribute to quality improvement activities, follow established protocols and infection control practices, and engage in ongoing learning and case discussions to enhance clinical skills in critical care.

Qualifications:

- MBBS or equivalent recognized medical degree; relevant registration with applicable medical council.
- Prior exposure to critical care, ICU, or emergency medicine settings is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and participation in teaching sessions, audits, and case reviews.
