Role Description The Junior Purchase Executive will support the purchasing and procurement activities required for aerospace and composite manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.



The role includes maintaining accurate purchasing records, assisting in vendor evaluation, and working with internal teams such as engineering, production, and inventory to understand material requirements.

The Junior Purchase

Executive will also help monitor pricing, delivery schedules, and basic contract terms, while contributing to cost-effective purchasing decisions aligned with quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including creation, tracking, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor coordination and basic sourcing activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and ERP or purchasing software is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment are important.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in purchasing or procurement in manufacturing or engineering industries is an advantage.
