Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate school uniform projects from order confirmation through production and dispatch. The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills to ensure timely execution of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Regional Team after order confirmation and ensure complete handover of project details.
- Collect and maintain client requirements, approved samples, size sets, specifications, and order details.
- Coordinate with Design, Fabric Sourcing, Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare and maintain client-wise project trackers, production plans, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure samples, fabric, trims, production, and dispatch are completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate fit trials, sample approvals, size-set approvals, and client feedback.
- Track order quantities and ensure changes or revisions are communicated to all concerned teams.
- Identify project delays or issues and escalate them to the concerned manager for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of POs, approvals, specifications, production updates, and delivery commitments.




- Provide regular MIS/project status reports to management and the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with clients whenever required regarding project updates, approvals, and delivery-related matters.
- Ensure that all project milestones are completed within the agreed timeline, quality standards, and client requirements.

Qualification & Experience: Qualification: Any Graduate; Diploma/Degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Operations, or related field preferred.

Experience: 1 - 4 years in garment manufacturing, apparel, textile, school uniform, merchandising, project coordination, or operations.

Candidates with experience in school uniform/project-based garment manufacturing will be preferred.
