Key Responsibilities

1. Sampling &
- Product Development

- Review buyer tech packs, artwork, order sheets, and specification requirements carefully.

- Coordinate the creation and dispatch of proto, fit, size set, and pre-production (PP) samples.

- Track sample status and secure timely approvals from buyers.

1. Sourcing &
- Procurement

- Assist in sourcing fabrics, accessories, and trims based on buyer specifications.

- Place purchase orders for raw materials with nominated or approved local suppliers.

- Follow up on raw material delivery schedules to ensure factory floor lines are supplied on time.

1. Production Coordination &
- Documentation

- Maintain and update Time &
- Action (T&A;) calendars and order tracking sheets.

- Coordinate daily with internal departments like cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control.

- Prepare internal production reports, size breakdown charts, and shipping documentation.

1. Communication

- Draft regular skilled update emails and follow-ups regarding order progress for buyers.

- Communicate material shortages or delays instantly to senior management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
