We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Manager-Production Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in tube manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of welding processes, including TIG/MIG and ROBO Welding, as well as SPC/MSA.

Roles and Responsibility

- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

- Implement and maintain 5S/Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve welding techniques and reduce defects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or degree in any field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in tube manufacturing.

- Knowledge of GD&T; and awareness of SPC/MSA principles.

- Experience with TIG/MIG and ROBO Welding processes.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and 5S practices.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
