Multiple Openings

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior IT / Website / Graphic Designer to support our IT, website development, and digital design requirements. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, a good eye for design, and a willingness to learn and take responsibility for day-to-day IT and digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

- Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, internet, email, printers, and other IT-related issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and basic IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot common hardware and software problems.

- Maintain basic IT documentation, asset records, and user accounts.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

- Ensure regular backups and basic data-security practices are followed.

Website Management

- Update and maintain the company website.

- Add and edit website content, images, banners, products, services, and other information.

- Perform basic website troubleshooting and coordinate with developers when required.

- Ensure website content is updated, accurate, and visually appealing.

- Assist with basic SEO, website speed, and mobile responsiveness improvements.

- Monitor website forms, links, and general functionality.

Graphic Design

- Create graphics for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Design banners, posters, flyers, company announcements, and promotional materials.





- Edit and resize images according to different digital and print requirements.

- Maintain consistency with the company's branding and visual guidelines.

- Work with the marketing and management teams to understand design requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management/CMS platforms such as WordPress.

- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, and troubleshooting.

- Good understanding of image formats, dimensions, compression, and web optimization.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn new IT, website, and design technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or other web technologies.

- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console.

- Knowledge of social media creative requirements.

- Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge would be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Freshers with relevant skills and a positive portfolio may also apply.
