Job Summary

Viswa Group is looking for a Junior Logistics & Customer Service Executive with 1-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics companies. The candidate will support shipment operations, customer communication, and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate import and export shipments.
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and agents.
- Track shipments and provide status updates.
- Prepare shipping documents such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic operational issues.
- Maintain shipment records and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC,



or Logistics companies.
- Basic knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred
- Immediate to 30 days notice period.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and learn quickly.
