nRole Description

nDevelop detailed interior designs and space planning as per project requirements.

nCreate accurate and detailed 3D models, with strong understanding of dimensions, materials, furniture, joinery, and construction details.

n Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.

nCoordinate design requirements with the site team, contractors, vendors, and clients.

n Attend site visits and understand actual site conditions, measurements, and execution requirements.

nAssist in site execution and design coordination to ensure the design is implemented accurately.

n Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities. requiring close collaboration with the studio team and project stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection for functional and visually cohesive spaces.

- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to support efficient layouts and design solutions.

- Candidates should possess skills in preparing basic Construction Drawings and documentation for project execution.

- Proficiency in design and visualization

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
