Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role based in Surat.

The Junior Interior

Designer will support senior designers and architects in developing interior concepts, assisting with space planning, preparing mood boards, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; aligned with project goals and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating drawings and documentation,



coordinating with vendors and contractors, and contributing to project presentations and client meetings. The role involves conducting basic site measurements, supporting quality checks during implementation, and ensuring design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability requirements.

The Junior Interior

Designer will collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, maintain organized project files, and adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Architecture for coordinating integrated design solutions.
- Ability in Space Planning to create efficient, functional, and aesthetically balanced layouts.
- Proficiency in preparing and reading Construction Drawings for accurate project execution.
- Experience or solid interest in FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or PowerPoint).
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and presentations.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
