Job Title: Junior Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic, detailed-oriented Junior Interior Designer (0–2 years of experience) to join our studio team in New Delhi. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior designers across the complete project lifecycle-from concept development and material selection to working drawings and site visits. This is an ideal role for an ambitious young professional looking to accelerate their learning curve, build strong execution sensibilities, and gain end-to-end project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Support: Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and basic 3D visualizations.
- Drafting & Detailing: Prepare basic AutoCAD working drawings, detail sheets, and update revisions under the guidance of senior designers.
- Material & Sample Management: Source material samples,



maintain vendor/material libraries, and assist in preparing client presentation boards.
- Site & Project Coordination: Take accurate on-site measurements, conduct site visits, and assist senior designers with contractor/vendor follow-ups.
- Documentation: Maintain organized digital project files, design references, meeting notes, and project schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture (Recent graduates welcome).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (prior internships in design studios are highly preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop or Enscape/V-Ray.
- Design Fundamentals: Understanding of basic design standards, drafting conventions, spatial planning, and material properties.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools in design workflows
- Experience across Residential, Commercial, or Hospitality projects
- Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is a plus
- Knowledge of materials, lighting design, and emerging interior trends
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and finish
