The role involves managing the company’s day-to-day IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning, security, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Specialist will handle technical support, system administration, networking, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, hardware and software, servers, cloud systems, IT assets, cybersecurity, and remote user support. The role will also support IT audits, external audits, ISO 27001 compliance, and the development and implementation of IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical support.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, networking, servers, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, user accounts,



access controls, and permissions.
- Maintain backups, system monitoring, endpoint security, and other cybersecurity practices.
- Provide remote IT support and troubleshoot issues for remote users.
- Prepare, maintain, and implement IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Support internal and external IT audits and maintain required documentation.
- Support ISO 27001 compliance and certification activities.
- Ensure IT operations comply with company policies, security requirements, and applicable standards.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and system administration.
- Relevant experience in IT operations, IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
