Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support our design and execution team.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of interior design principles, space planning, furniture design, materials, and technical drawings. The candidate will work closely with senior designers and project teams to assist in developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and supporting the execution of interior projects.

This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to build practical experience and develop their skills in residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior designers in developing interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare basic layouts, furniture plans, space plans, and design drawings.




- Assist in creating 3D models and visualizations for design presentations.
- Prepare and modify working drawings and technical drawings under the guidance of senior designers.
- Assist in selecting furniture, materials, finishes, colours, textures, and other design elements.
- Support preparation of design presentations and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing drawings and details required for manufacturing and site execution.
- Visit project sites when required and assist in understanding site conditions and measurements.
- Make design modifications based on feedback from senior designers, clients, and project teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
- Knowledge of furniture layouts and interior detailing.
- Basic understanding of materials, finishes, colours, and textures.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Good creative and visualisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior designers.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and a good portfolio may also apply.
