About the Role

White Warbler Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, a strong visual understanding, and the ability to create engaging designs for digital and marketing requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or junior-level designer to work on real client projects and gain hands-on experience in branding, social media, digital marketing, and other creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual designs based on client requirements
- Design marketing materials, presentations, banners, promotional creatives, and other communication materials
- Work on typography, layouts, colour combinations, and visual composition
- Make design adaptations and revisions based on feedback
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Collaborate with the design, social media, digital marketing, and content teams
- Organize and maintain design files and assets
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative references
- Handle multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, and colour theory
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or other design tools will be an advantage
- Good creative and visual sense




- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions quickly
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Portfolio or relevant design samples are required
