JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior HVAC Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering. The candidate will support the preparation of HVAC designs, calculations, layouts, equipment selection, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and international projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, AutoCAD, HVAC design calculations, duct and piping systems, and preferably Revit MEP and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC layouts, drawings, schematics, sections, and detailed design documentation.
- Perform or support HVAC heat-load calculations and equipment selection.
- Work on Chilled Water, VRF/VRV, DX, AHU, FCU, ventilation, fresh-air and exhaust systems.
- Perform basic duct sizing, pipe sizing, pressure-drop calculations, and system sizing.
- Prepare HVAC equipment schedules and technical documentation.
- Coordinate HVAC systems with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Identify and resolve HVAC coordination issues and clashes.
- Review HVAC drawings and BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
- Support preparation of LOD 300/350/400 HVAC models and construction documentation.
- Participate in technical and coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
- Assist in responding to RFIs, technical queries, and consultant/client comments.
- Support site teams in resolving HVAC-related technical and coordination issues.
- Follow project specifications, BIM standards, and applicable HVAC codes and standards.




- Ensure assigned deliverables are completed within project timelines and quality requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Good understanding of HVAC design principles and engineering fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of:
- Chilled Water Systems
- VRF / VRV Systems
- DX Systems
- AHU / FCU
- Ventilation & Fresh Air Systems
- Exhaust Systems
- Basic knowledge of heat-load calculations.
- Good understanding of ductwork and chilled-water/refrigerant piping.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary MEP coordination.

Software Skills

Mandatory:

- AutoCAD
- MS Office

Preferred:

- Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- HAP / TRACE or equivalent HVAC calculation software
- Bluebeam Revu
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360

Standards & Codes Basic knowledge of applicable HVAC standards and codes such as:

- ASHRAE
- SMACNA
- International Mechanical Code (IMC)
- Local/project-specific building codes and standards

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

HVAC certification or specialized HVAC training will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant HVAC design/engineering experience.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- GCC / Middle East / international project experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering/BIM environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
