Role Description The Junior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur. The individual in this role supports day-to-day production and operations activities, including coordinating with shop floor teams, tracking work orders, and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities may include monitoring fabrication and pressing processes, maintaining basic documentation, preparing reports for supervisors, and assisting in implementing process improvements.

The Junior

Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance,



and stores to support smooth workflow and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining safety practices, following company procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand basic manufacturing, fabrication, and pressing operations, with a strong interest in automotive sector processes.
- Competence in documentation and reporting, including use of spreadsheets or ERP tools for tracking production, inventory, and workflow.
- Solid organizational, time management, and coordination skills to support multiple tasks and meet deadlines on the shop floor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to structured processes, and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using email, office productivity software, and data entry tools.
