Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Financial Analyst role based in Faridabad.

The Junior Financial

Analyst will support senior team members in preparing and analyzing financial reports, reviewing financial statements, and contributing to financial planning activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and validating financial data, performing variance and trend analysis, and assisting in the preparation of management dashboards and performance metrics. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, and helping improve financial processes and reporting quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance knowledge, including a solid understanding of core financial concepts and practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and the ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including basic preparation, review, and interpretation.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with proficiency in working with quantitative data and drawing meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools; familiarity with data visualization or reporting software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant internships or entry-level experience in finance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
