Role Description The Junior Field Sales Representative (Bangalore) is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves visiting sports academies, clubs, schools, and training centers to introduce Glens AI coaching platform, conduct product demonstrations, and support trial setups. The representative will engage directly with coaches, athletes, and decision-makers to understand their needs, explain product value, and gather feedback.

Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining basic sales records, supporting local marketing activities or events,



and collaborating with the internal team on customer insights and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Ability to build relationships with coaches, athletes, academies, and other stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort with on-ground outreach activities such as meetings, product demos, and event support in sports environments.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead follow-up, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
- Interest in sports performance, coaching, or sports technology, with willingness to learn about AI-based training tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part-time schedule, and navigate different locations across Bengaluru.
- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Bengaluru; prior experience in field sales or sports-related roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational background at the high school/undergraduate level; availability for on-site work and occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.
